It's purpose-built for weightlifters — with features like an unlimited exercise library, superset support, rest timers, RPE logging, warmup calculators, and AI-powered workout creation. Goals you can accomplish Plan your week — Ask "What did I do last week?" or "What's in my Push template?" and get answers from your actual workouts and templates so ChatGPT can suggest what to do next. Stay on program — Have ChatGPT remind you what's in a given workout, what weight and sets you did last time, or what you're supposed to do today. Review and adjust — Ask for summaries by week or month ("How many sessions did I do?" "How did my squat progress?") and use that to adjust volume or intensity.
