mfloow is a business process improvement platform that uses AI to provide end-to-end support, from visualizing operations to ensuring that improvements are successfully embedded across the organization. By visualizing task progress, assignees, deadlines, and approval statuses, mfloow enables users to quickly understand the overall state of their operations. It also standardizes business workflows to reduce inconsistencies between individuals and prevent processes from becoming dependent on specific employees. In addition, mfloow automates routine activities such as initiating workflows, assigning tasks, and sending notifications, thereby reducing administrative effort and human error. Its AI-assisted workflow creation capabilities help organizations reduce the time required to design processes, improve operational quality, and establish a sustainable framework for continuous improvement. The mfloow plugin allows users to access flow and task information stored in mfloow and check progress, deadlines, and assigned work through a conversational interface. Users can review ongoing flows, identify their assigned tasks, and detect overdue tasks, as well as view detailed information such as task comments, checklists, related tasks, and approval statuses.
