Merchants who store their physical goods in bryny warehouses can ask, in plain language, how their orders are progressing, which products are running out of stock, where a parcel is, and how their fulfilment activity is doing — without opening a dashboard. Access is strictly scoped: you only ever see the data of the account you signed in with. A merchant sees their own orders, products, stock and deliveries; a customer sees their own orders and returns; an administrator sees platform-wide operations.
