Lightweight connects ChatGPT to training data you choose to share. It analyzes your complete history, including completed workouts and exercise-free gym check-ins; calculates trends; reads saved routines; and creates or updates a routine only after you confirm the exact change. It also explains how to use the app. Through OAuth, ChatGPT receives a technical Lightweight account ID, your verified email address, and verification status for identity and workspace domain checks. Analysis may use names and technical IDs for workouts, routines, folders, exercises, and gyms; session and update timestamps; set metrics; account tier, saved-routine count, limit, and remaining slots; and a one-off place label exactly as entered. It does not read separate address, coordinate, or other location fields, notes, media, social data, separate wearable-health data, payment data, or credentials. After confirmation, it can file a routine in an existing private folder or create or reuse a named private folder. It cannot delete routines or folders, start workouts, or edit workout history.
