GadgetOS is the retail-management system a Bangladeshi phone, laptop and electronics shop runs on — point of sale, stock by IMEI and serial number, a warranty and repair desk, suppliers, and VAT-compliant receipts. This connector gives the owner and staff of one shop a plain-language way into their own live records. Ask what sold this month and get the real figure. Ask what is running out and get the items below their reorder level with a suggested quantity. Ask about one IMEI and get that exact handset: in stock or sold, its cost and its price, when it arrived and when it left, and the warranty left on it. Ask what is on the repair desk and get every claim with its status, customer, device, days open and estimate. Ask whether a customer's phone is still under warranty and get the determination from the sale date — or, where no warranty period was ever recorded, that fact stated plainly instead of a guess. With the owner's opt-in it also writes: ring up a sale — a real invoice with a receipt number that takes the payment and moves stock (the assistant confirms the devices and the amount with the owner first; voiding or refunding a sale stays in the app, behind a manager PIN); open or close a branch's cash drawer against the cash counted; create a device, change a price, a rack location or a reorder level; add a product photo through a single-use upload link, or arrange and remove product photos; receive stock or one serialized unit; log an expense; add a supplier; raise a draft purchase order; record a customer's payment against what they already owe; book a device in for repair; and move a claim along to inspecting, estimate pending, approved, repairing, ready or delivered. Only two actions can reach anyone outside the shop, and only if the shop has switched SMS on (it is off by default): a sale that names a customer can send that customer one receipt SMS, and a claim moved to ready or delivered can send the claim's customer one SMS. No tool accepts a phone number or message text from the chat. It searches a shared reference catalog of phones, laptops and accessories, so adding a product inherits the right brand, category, specifications and official image rather than starting from a blank row. Everything is scoped to the single shop the signed-in user belongs to. There is no parameter on any tool that could reach another business's data. Rejecting or refunding a warranty claim needs a manager PIN, and there is no tool for it — that stays in the app on purpose. Amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka, held as integer paisa. Dates are Asia/Dhaka. Bangla and English both work.
