Request a written, indicative term sheet for a business-purpose DSCR loan on a non-owner-occupied 1–4 unit investment property, from Dominick Prevete at National Loan Provider. Describe the deal — purchase or refinance, property address, loan amount, value, rent, taxes and insurance, credit score and how title will vest — and the app prices it against current wholesale rate sheets and program guidelines.
